Lawful only. Also known as Gloomstalker. A scythe-wielding dark spy, ally of the Dragons, who makes use of forbidden shadow magicks to hunt down targets. They speak Elven and Draconic.

In ancient times, a short-lived pact of peace existed between Lunarians and the Dragons that saw the former be trained in the militant ways of the latter. The result was the coalescence of a unique social class on the Kingdom of the Moon that took on the role of simultaneous bounty hunters and police force. Their methods were considered very controversial at the time, but their effectiveness and the psychological terror they wrought upon their enemies was undeniable. +4 Intimidation, Diplomacy, Listen and Judge.

Level 1: Lacerators may compel a target to roll DC 10 + half the Lacerator's level + CHA modifier or be forced to speak the truth once per day.

Level 2: Lacerators may cast Shadow and Divination spells as if they were an unspecialized Wizard half their level.

Level 3: Their ability to compel the truth extends to all targets simultaneously within 30ft. They also gain darkvision, or the ability to see in total darkness, up to 30ft.

Level 5: Lacerators do not suffer a -4 AGI penalty from being surprised.

Level 6: Lacerators can warp space, leaving behind a fog of darkness that blinds any enemy that enters it, once per 2 levels per day. They also gain the ability to doublestrike every melee strike.

Level 10: A once neophyte Lacerator is promoted to a fully-fledged Legislacerator. They may craft a Soulscythe, a powerful 2d6+3 sword-cane that can be two-handed as blunt or dual-wielded as two 1d6+2 swords. This tool allows them a special attack equivalent to Backstab if used after teleporting, and confers truesight and immunity from all Illusions and Enchantment when held by them. The base of the scythe's skull can also extend a magical rope, which the Legislacerator may expend an action to Greater Hold a target with.

Level 15: Legislacerators may consume two of their Teleport charges to transport themselves anywhere in the world they can visualize. They also gain the ability to triplestrike every melee attack.
